We are pleased to announce the Academic Leaders for the Class of 2022! Lexi Bernard has earned the distinction of Valedictorian with a 98.95 GPA. Alexyn E. Hunkins is the senior class Salutatorian with a 97.45 GPA. And, the Technical Honor Student with a GPA of 91.66 is Jayden A. Ford . We are so impressed by these young people and applaud their diligence and fortitude throughout their high school years. Great work, students. You have a lot to smile about!
In the South Lewis Community, we know the true meaning of "March comes in like a lion...." But, in high school PE, March comes in like a pride of lions wearing snowshoes, sporting big smiles, and gliding over crisp snow-covered rolling hills on a perfectly sunny north country winter morning. Emma is a junior who shines in the classroom with her big bright brain and lights up the world around her with her sunny disposition and smile. Last Tuesday, the Varsity Wrestling team took the time to honor senior Owen Highers as his last high school wrestling season comes to an end. The South Lewis Athletic Department would like to thank Owen for his hard work and dedication to this sport over the years. We can't wait to see what great things you do next!
